Antonio Quaranta developed a new vision for nougat by skillfully combining traditional nougat with new elements—such as sweet creams, fruit preserves, and biscuits—using artisanal methods.

The second generation—Enrico Quaranta and his wife, Tina Rezzolla—leveraged the expertise gained throughout the company’s history to elevate it to its current level of excellence. They preserved the age-old heritage and unique artisanal character, exclusivity, and refinement that make Quaranta products so special.

The founder’s grandsons, Fabio and Massimo Quaranta, now manage the company, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and quality in a state-of-the-art facility where tradition meets innovation.

What sets them apart from competitors is their machinery: equipment that mirrors the original machines but is now computerized and capable of mixing ingredients in precise quantities. This approach applies traditional, artisanal methods to modern technology, resulting in a Quaranta nougat that is softer, fluffier, and richer—and therefore of superior quality.
